F6 uses acrylic PSA for coating industrial tapes and foam materials such as EVA, CR, PU, and EPDM, especially for PVC and PE foam tapes in automotive applications.

1. Fuel tank vibration damping

F6 Adhesive Tape further absorbs vibration impacts during vehicle operation through its foam layer, reducing the shaking amplitude of the fuel tank. It also fills gaps between shock-absorbing components and the fuel tank to minimize resonance noise, and isolates shock-absorbing parts from the fuel tank's metal surface to prevent friction-induced scratches.

2. Air conditioning inlet and outlet

F6 Adhesive Tape can be used in combination with foam. When applied to air duct joints or contact areas with the vehicle body, it absorbs noise generated by duct vibrations and simultaneously reduces airflow noise when air passes through the ducts, enhancing in-vehicle quietness.

3. Reduce automobile wiring noise

F6 Adhesive Tape securely fastens loose automotive wire harnesses. The foam layer of this composite tape fills gaps between the wire harnesses and mounting surfaces, cushions wire harness vibrations, and at the same time isolates the wire harnesses from direct contact with metal or plastic components to eliminate friction noise.

4. Rearview mirror heating elements

F6 Adhesive Tape secures the heating plate inside the lens to prevent jolt-induced displacement for efficient heating. It also has vibration buffering, preventing component breakage and scratches on the lens coating, supporting long-term stable operation of the heating component.

5. Wheel balance weights

F6 Adhesive Tape provides high adhesiveness and anti-aging properties, enabling balance weights to adhere to wheel hubs without falling off. It adapts to the curved surfaces of wheel hubs to fill gaps and prevent displacement. Additionally, it can isolate metal balance weights from wheel hubs, preventing paint scratches caused by friction and buffering impacts.

6. Signboard bonding

F6 Adhesive Tape securely adheres automotive nameplates to the designated positions on the vehicle body. It can also conform to the curved surfaces of the body, fill gaps between the nameplates and the body, and cause no damage to the car paint. When replacement is needed later, it can be easily peeled off with minimal adhesive residue left.

7. Dashboard sealing

F6 Adhesive Tape can be used to secure internal components of the instrument panel, such as wires, sensors and display modules, preventing loosening or displacement. It can also assist in sealing instrument panel interfaces to prevent dust from affecting display clarity or causing component jamming.

8. Seat heating pad

F6 Adhesive Tape adheres tightly to the curves and gaps of seat cushions, keeping heating elements closely attached to the fabric to prevent shifting and curling. It can be applied and removed without damaging the original seat fabric, leaves little residue.

9. Steering wheel

F6 Adhesive Tape secures the steering wheel’s internal wires and sensors, preventing vibration-induced displacement to keep buttons and controls working. It also seals the housing’s joint gaps to block dust and moisture, and fills small gaps to reduce friction noise.

10. Rear trunk

F6 Adhesive Tape adheres tightly to felt and trunk inner walls, offering long-lasting adhesion to prevent felt lifting/shifting from jolts. It fits irregular curves to fill gaps, enables instant installation, peels off easily with little residue when replacing felt, and is easy to use without damaging the original vehicle.
